The program runs every 4 months, 3 cycles each year. The first 2017 cohort will see through 70+ skilled apprentices in the first year and over 350 in 5 years. Those who come up top are guaranteed of a job with us.

One of our goals when we begun Questworks was to help extend opportunities for many young people out there . We have made a deliberate intention to design apprenticeship opportunities into most of our work and projects as a way of developing talent and helping with country's biggest challenge of unemployment and unemployability. One in every five working age young people are not employed (World Bank, 2016). Some of the causes for this include mismatch of skills, poor skills, lack of access to work and study. Quality, effective apprenticeship has been found to be a useful intervention for youth employability (OECD ILO, 2014).

  • Rigorous selection through short listing, aptitude tests and oral interviews
  • Apprentices are placed with our best people to do work and learn. At least 50% of their time will be spent on site
  • Apprentices are evaluated and top awarded permanent positions with the company
